ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM USING IMAGE PROCESSING AND STEGANOGRAPHY

Abstract

In today’s world as we see there are thousands of online shopping websites which deliver reliable,
quality products with minimum effort. So online shopping is frequently preferred. The crowd form
rural as well as from urban areas are moving towards online shopping. But still, a question arises
that are the websites secure? Is the shopping reliable? Is the payment going to secure portal. Many
debit card and credit card frauds are happening now a days so personal information security has
become a major concern now a days. We proposed an effective technique to provide to greater
security in the field of online shopping applications. We are implementing a system which will
display the features of existing system also and make use of Steganography and the image
recognition concept. Using image recognition we are going to do it with the help of LBPH (Local
Binary Patterns Histogram).
