A Spatial of Digital Technology, Digital Literacy, Performance Expectancy and Techno Stress in Pandemic Conditions in Technological Institutes.

Abstract

Purpose: This study commenced to find out how digital literacy, performance Expectancy effect on the intention to use digital-technologies by using Technostress as a moderating Variable which was unidentified in previous studies regarding technology educational institutes

Design/Methodology/Approach: Through an online Questionnaire survey, the data were collected from the students of the technological institute who were studying different types of 3 years Diploma education in the area of Lahore Punjab Pakistan. 283 students fill the questionnaires and only 260 responses were valid to use for the analysis of PLS SEM.

Findings: The Analysis revealed that performance expectancy is having a significant role in intension to use Digital Literacy & Digital Technologies  through techno stress moderator and Performance expectancy as mediator have significant effect on intension to use digital technologies.

Originality/Value: This research is expanded by adding one of the most important factor of Techno stress in technological institutes Digital Literacy, Intension to use digital technologies and Performance Expectancy during the covid-19 pandemic conditions. Secondly, by incorporating Technostress as Moderator, this study contributes to the current literature body.

Practical Implications: The study offers very vital and Practical and social ramifications for the policymakers and management assuring the digital literacy to the performance expectancy and strategies to accomplish the goals not only for technological institutes but these implication can also be generalized for other institutions as well.
