Employee satisfaction plays a vital role in every organization, but sometimes employees may get dissatisfaction due to various reasons like monotonous work, frustration, boredom, anger, organization policy, reporting supervisor, working hours, working environment, and poor relationship between co-workers. Every manager tries to reduce employee job dissatisfaction at all levels of the organization from the top level to the bottom level, also including their own. This is a common problem because it is very difficult to identify the reasons that affect the quality of work life balance in the organization. Few organizations may link their profitability to satisfying the employees, but employee satisfaction and quality of work life has a great impact on organizational capacity to serve their customers. Measuring quality of work life helps the effective and efficient allocation of resources to improve productivity and steadiness of the workforce.
