Abusive Supervision Effect on Job Performance among Female Bankers in Pakistan

Abstract

In the fast-growing banking industry, private industry is continuously looking for new ways to improve staff performance. I have investigated the impact of Abusive supervisor and its dimensions on job performance involvement in this study research.  The findings revealed that all of the examined factors are positively associated. All the value of significance is tested by SPSS and are accepted. The reliability statistics of the dependent variable (Job Performance) with the independent variables (Abusive supervision and its dimension Yelling, billeting behaviors credit stealing and scapegoating) in 120 employees is showing the Cronbach’s alpha value 0.782 that shows the strong reliability between the variables and are accepted.
