The Effect of Leadership and Work-Life Balance on Job Satisfaction and Employees Performance in PT Bank Sinarmas Denpasar Branch

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of leadership and work-life balance on job satisfaction and employee performance at the PT Bank Sinarmas Denpasar branch. The population used in this survey was 110 employees. The sample for this survey was 100 employees. The data analysis technique used was at least partial squared (PLS) using Smart PLS software. The results of this study show that leadership has a direct and significant positive impact on work satisfaction. Work-life balance has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Leadership has a significant positive impact on employee performance. Job satisfaction can partially influence the impact of leadership on employee performance. Job satisfaction can partially influence the impact of work-life balance on employee performance. It is suggested that the management of the company can maintain its own work ethic. The company needs to align its employees' working hours with the company's expectations. Job satisfaction is one of the considerations to improve employee performance.
