Law in Context of Agricultural Chemicals

Abstract

This article in about the law in context of agricultural chemicals. In this study I took different countries and studied their laws related to agricultural chemicals. These countries include Australia, Canada, Germany, Ireland and Pakistan. This research also focuses on agriculture chemical regulation law (Law No. 82 of July 1, 1948, last amended on 30 March 2007).  Study of these chemicals on our environment is also an important issue which I discussed in this article. The agriculture pesticides rule 1973 is also discussed in this research and in the end of this research I briefly talked about the international trade agreements regarding organic product.
