Features of Triglycerides Isomerization in the Process of Hydrogenization of Cottonseed Oils

Abstract

Processes of hydrogenation of cottonseed oil on effective catalysts have been studied. The influence of technological factors on hydrogenation processes has been studied. Production of desired fats with a minimum content of trans-isomerized fatty acids has been attained.
