Ethical Leadership: A Systematic Literature Review

Abstract

The main theme of this research paper is to generate a suitable systematic literature review of the researches that have examined ethical leadership. This systematic literature review carried out of articles in the past 5 years (2016- 2020). Dependent on the total researches of 67 analyzed researches, the authors presented variables regarding ethical leadership explored. After presenting the main discoveryregarding the systematic literature review, the researchers narrate in such a way a mixture of variables (dependent, independent, mediator, and moderator) related factors, theories, definitions, antecedents, consequences, combine to facilitate ethical leadership. The themesinterpret the difficult and idiosyncratic connectionamong ethical leadership. The researchers adopt a systematic literature review procedure to explore into the current and existing literature.Practical Implications for further future research are also mentioned. This systematic literature review highlights guidelines implication for everyone like working in organization employee’s helpful for managers and academia. In case of business practitioners, this research can highlightimportant information in terms of the role of ethical leadership. Theconcluded themes are explored from anextensive systematic literature review that providesresearches and theeffect of ethical leadership. It also provides in addition, practical implications and exploration forfuture research.
