Abstract

Employee job satisfaction is one of several important factors that must be considered by the company or organisation. In order to get optimal results for the company, employees are first satisfied with their work. The purpose of this paper is to find out about the effect   of compensation on job satisfaction and some previous research has shown that there   are significant results on job satisfaction.
