Abstract

Acetylenic aminoalcohols synthesized by aminomethylation of 1-hexin-3-ol with secondary amines by the Mannich reaction in the presence of a copper salt catalyst.  Further, by hydrohalogenation, hydrochlorides were obtained, and the physicochemical and growth-regulating properties of the synthesized amino compounds were determined.
