Abstract

The article describes the organizational and economic mechanism of business management, its theoretical foundations and the importance of forming an innovation mechanism. Also, improving the organizational and economic mechanism of business management in the regions, in particular, the issues of organizing an innovative mechanism based on modern principles and thereby stimulating their investment activity. According to the results of the study, a network of loans allocated on the basis of linear models allocated on the basis of the selected key factors of small business and private entrepreneurship and  and parametric correlation models were developed to assess the impact on industries, and on the basis of the model, an organizational and economic mechanism to stimulate investment activity of entrepreneurship in the regions was proposed. At the same time, the expected results of the introduction of an economic mechanism to stimulate investment activity of business entities in the Namangan region are indicated.
