Hospital management requires special attention to several aspects of management. One of them is the management of human resources (HR), a central factor determining service quality to patients. Human resources in hospitals are very complex, where various types of experts must collaborate to provide comprehensive services to patients. Human resources in hospitals consist of health workers (doctors, nurses, midwives, pharmacists, laboratory analysts), while non-health human resources are also needed for organizational and administrative management (administrative personnel, medical records, accounting, and management), including other supporting staff, such as cleaners, security personnel, parking attendants, and general helpers.
