Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the courage to take moderate risks, to describe the need for immediate feedback, to describe taking into account successes, and to describe the efforts to integrate with the task in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the teacher in the learning process. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data collection procedure was carried out by using the method of observation, interviews and documentation of the technique for analyzing individual case data and analyzing data findings. The location of this research is MAN 1 Bandar Lampung and MAN 2 Bandar Lampung. The results showed that the teacher's achievement motivation in his position in the learning process, the courage to take risks at the two madrasah teachers was quite good in managing the learning program. However, the desire of teachers in conducting classroom needs research is still lacking. They need immediate feedback in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. This is obtained from the responses of students during learning activities and from the value of student learning outcomes. Teachers take into account the success in carrying out their duties and responsibilities in compiling lesson plans as guidelines in implementing learning and academic qualification requirements as educators. They have certifications. Teachers can integrate with their duties by realizing their essence as teachers who are professional educators whose main task is to educate, teach, guide, direct, train, assess, and evaluate students. The achievement motivation of teachers at madrasah should consider the concept of educators in Islamic education. Teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities in the learning process must prioritize the motivation of worship which is truly sincere because of Allah.
