The Employee Satisfaction and Company Values in Indonesian Private Company

Abstract

The employees stay in a company with some reasons. One of them is company values and work environment. The purpose of this study is to analyzethecompany values and work environment have a significant effect on employee satisfaction. This research is using the quantitativemethod, with the collection of data in the survey and dissemination of the questionnaire. The population in this study were 102 employees, with a total sample of 51 employees. Method of taking samples using the Slovinformula, with simple random sampling. This research toanalyzed using a test analysis of multiple linear regression, to test the instrument of research is using the test of classicalassumptions, as well as engineering analysis to test the hypothesis by using t-test and f-test. The results of the study is the company values and work environment affects significantly to the employee satisfaction.
