Impact of Technical, Managerial and Life Skills on Employee Performance in Indian IT Industry

Abstract

The present paper is to understand the various skills required at work places. This is a conceptual paper for understanding the concepts and related to skills. In this regard secondary data is being considered. Through this paper the authors want to contribute to the existing literature and undertake an empirical study. Skills are more important for the employability in every sector. Without adequate skills it is very difficult to survive. Due to competition in the work places, employees having adequate skills can only survive others will have to leave the organisation. The present paper tries to identify the skills required for employability in the work places.
