Smart emergent approach towards Civic and Social services

Abstract

Recently we don’t have any direct communication between the government and public in an efficient way for solving the problems. In order to overcome this problem previously National Informatics Center has launched some sites, through which public can post the petitions or complaints in the site and get them solved in a specified time and can also know the status of the complaint or petition he has logged at any time. The proposed system will provide a common man to deliver his complaints and problems to municipal authority as well as let municipal authorities to address the problem in short period of time. It will also provide a camera module which help clicking a picture of any problem and upload its image along with complaints. Then the location of complaint is tracked by GPS unit. Further we also aim at development of application which will help the user during accident.
