Mediating Role of Life Satisfaction Between The Relation of Emotional Intelligence and Interpersonal Relationship
Emotionally intelligent employees have the ability to know and understand their own and others emotions and then behave accordingly within group and out of the group in workplace environment. Understanding behaviour and response according help to perform activities in organization. Further the existence of life satisfaction strength the link between emotional intelligence and interpersonal relation in the organization. The study measures weight, strength , direction and cause and effect relation between emotional intelligence and interpersonal relation with the mediation of life satisfaction. The sample taken from bank managers and the findings have implications for researched managers.
