Educating Political Consciousness And Social Responsibility For Universities Students

Abstract

This article has shown that in the operating environment of organizations of the student, the political consciousness and social responsibility of students have been improved. In addition, this paper also analyzes the factors (objective and subjective), the teaching role of the political subjects at the universities that have influenced political consciousness and the social responsibility of students is how. This article uses interviews with lecturers, organizations, activists with the students and students in universities of Vietnam to explore what ideals motivate students to political consciousness and social responsibility of them. This study’s results provide interesting evidence of the relationship between political consciousness and social responsibility, especially regarding higher education contexts. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed, highlighting what still needs to be done to encourage and further enhance students’ political consciousness and social responsibility.
