EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN LIGHT OF EDUCATION DIVERSITY, RELIGIOUS DIVERSITY, WORK EXPERIENCE DIVERSITY, AND LANGUAGE DIVERSITY

Abstract

The current study attempted to examine the influence of education diversity, language diversity, work
experience diversity, and religious diversity on employee performance of teaching and non-teaching staff
of government colleges of the Khairpur Sindh Pakistan. Keeping in view the objectives of the study, data
were collected from the sample of 309 individuals selected through stratified random sampling from
government colleges of the Khairpur Sindh Pakistan. Data screening was done through SPSS23, and the
model was assessed through Smart PLS3.2.8. The study found positive and significant findings of language
diversity, education diversity, work experience diversity, and religious diversity with employee
performance. The findings of the study are well established under the umbrella of Social identity theory
and are equally valuable as a source of information for management in the education industry for keeping
the momentum of remarkable performance.
