Abstract

The core objective of this study was to identify how Learning Orientation and Entrepreneurial
orientation affect the performance of SMEs. The small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play
a crucial part in the county’s economic growth and a key contributor to the country’s GDP. In
Pakistan, SMEs hold about 90 percent of the total businesses. The performance of SMEs depends
upon many factors. The main purpose of the research is to examine the relationship between
Learning Orientation and Market Orientation on SME’s Performance in Pakistan. A selfAdministered questionnaire survey was distributed among 384 manufacturing SMEs operating in
