A Survey on Air Pollution Monitoring using Internet of Things

Abstract

The major problem of India is air pollution. Air pollution causes health problems and it’s very important to monitor the air quality. Air pollution mainly cause due to vehicle and industries. Due to air pollution premature mortality rate increase. Air pollution mainly cause due to excessive use of energy resources. The atmosphere is affected due to increase of harmful gases. Due to increase of population and urbanization vehicular pollution increases. The purposes of air quality monitor to improve the environment. Cycling is important for health and also saves from traffic congestion. IOT based system is new technique in which device are connected and built a global network. The sensors which are used for checking pollution are arranged in network. These sensors can easily check the air pollution emitted by vehicles. In this devices are connected over global network and data can transmit easily from one point to another.
