This study aims to present a proposal that provides solutions to the problems ,we face in the e-commerce system in all aspects, for example at the level of the e-commerce companies system. The proposal is an integrated model that links the procedures and stages through which the electronic commercial system passes, and it is an integrated and coherent scheme, that addresses many of the companies ’problems in the electronic commercial field, which leads to reaching a treatment plan and a comprehensive and integrated concept of the goals of companies to achieve profits and continue to excellence On the electronic business market, consumer and customer satisfaction. This research aims to provide a comprehensive and integrated work on e-commerce in the corporate system, as we have noticed that most of the studies and research that have been presented in this field were limited to limited aspects of e-commerce. This study deals with presenting a proposal for integration and interconnection between the stages of implementing procedures in marketing for companies in e-commerce, and an integrated proposal was reached after application on demand and data response, which aims for complementarity in the stages of the proposed model for electronic commerce.
