Quantum Neuron: The Elementary Building Block of Quantum Neural Network

Abstract

Neural networks are playing a vital role in machine learning. They are modelled to mimic the biological neuron and its process of learning. Quantum computing has added a new feather in the cap of neural network technology. QNN was created by the coupling of ANN’S fundamentals with the superior quantum computing technology. In this article we have reviewed the types of artificial neuron and their differences. And discussed the various fundamental building block of Quantum Neural network i.e., the different architectures of quantum neuron till now. And discussed these architectures and future scope of this new machine learning approach i.e., QNN.
