Design of Enterprise Architecture Using TOGAF, Case Study of Emergency Ambulance Public Health Province DKI Jakarta

Abstract

The Emergency Ambulance Service Unit (AGD) of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office government agencies engaged in the field of health, especially the ambulance under the DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office which serves pre-hospital activities competing with time to pursue response time to help the ailing community with fast and precise, information technology is needed for supporting the systems that align with the objectives of the institution purpose also to accelerate response time for savings more life. Utilizing the TOGAF ADM Framework to design Enterprise Architecture is expected to provide a solution so structured systems and technology can support that system design in AGD through design analysis. With TOGAF ADM, the current conditions for information systems and information technology can be found and look for architectural proposals and gap analysis. It is the purpose of designing enterprise architecture using the TOGAF framework, AGD could planning and building systems digitally and integrated and also can support DKI Jakarta As Smart City.
