A Validation Of Dimensions Of Employability Skills Of Students In Arts And Science Domain In Tamilnadu

Abstract

The skills are considered as essential for the College students of arts and Science Colleges which are vital for getting employment.  In this direction, the study is carried out on validation dimensions of employability skills of students in Arts and Science College students in Tamilnadu.  The dimensions of employment focus on purpose of graduation, Academic factor, interpretational relationship, communication methods, decision making, Team building, innovativeness and technology up gradation.   This study is useful for students, faculties and academic institutions and employers to know the present environment on skill set of employment by College students.
