Abstract

A search strategy is an organized structure of key terms used to search a database. The search strategy combines the key concepts of your search question in order to retrieve accurate results. Search strategy will account for all: possible search terms. Keywords and Phrases.  A Keyword search looks for words anywhere in the record. Keyword searches are a good substitute for a subject search when not knowing the standard subject heading. Keyword may also be used as a substitute for a title or author search. In this article, a word search strategy was developed and demonstrated, where the proposed technique or algorithm was contrasted with the binary search. The outcomes got were altogether better, with the proposed procedure arriving at an average of 18 seconds to go through and find the words while the binary search took typically 800 seconds.
