Kinetic Laws of Catalytic Pyrolyze of Methylchloride
Abstract
For the purpose of catalytic pyrolysis of methyl chloride, modified catalysts with the following composition were synthesized: YuKTs; 1% Na2 B4 O7 /YuKTs; 1% Na4 P2 O7 + 1.0% B2 O3 / YuKTs; 1.0% Na4 P2 O7 + 1.0% B2 O3 + 1.0% MgO / YuKTs. The influence of various factors on the catalytic conversion of methyl chloride in the presence of the selected catalyst was studied. Studies have shown that the most active catalyst for this process is 1.0% Na 4 P2 O7 + 1.0% B2 O3 + 1.0% MgO / YuKTs were found. Based on the results obtained, the following optimal conditions for the catalytic pyrolysis reaction of methyl chloride were selected: Catalyst: 1.0% Na4 P2 O7 + 1.0% B2 O3 + 1.0% MgO / YuKTs, V = 1 000 hours -1 T = 420 ° C .
