MODEL TEACHING FACTORY BASED LOCAL ADVANTAGES IN SMK
Abstract
Under the current literature review, some of the current TEFA 1, 2 and 3 models offered by PSMK are still oriented towards production or services that refer to industry-wide standards and procedures. The current weaknesses are used by researchers to provide alternative integration to model 4, which is called “SMK opens up local excellence for industry partners to build TEFA.” The methods that are used to develop the local-oriented TEFA model in SMK use the ADDIE model. It includes five stages or steps of development that are analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The new model can become a reference for the future development of vocational education to reduce the misconceptions of the development and the organization of schools as well as new skills programs developed in each region. It aims to develop a competitive vocational education that focuses on local advantages and regional potentials.
