The present business scenario is highly competitive and dynamic. With business environments becoming increasingly complex and challenging, it has become imperative for business organizations to have new breed of competent employees who have higher degree of involvement in their jobs. In fact, when an employee is involved in the job to a satisfactory level then he feels himself as part of the organization. His commitment to the work as well as to the organization is also enhanced. He perceives an internal motivation and shows willingness to take risk even for the sake of organization. This illustrates how the concept of process involvement is in the functioning of today's commercial enterprise agencies. Therefore, an attempt has been made to discover factors chargeable for activity involvement and examine exceptional categories of executives. In the existing have a look at records were gathered from a 300 Management executives working in groups like NTPC Power organization, Larsen and Toubro (L&T) and Tata Consultancy services (TCS) and Maruti Udhyog Limited (MUL).  Data were gathered through a standardized questionnaire. Results of the study show different Categories of executives fluctuate on process involvement measurement. Further, the end result sheds light on the powerful factors that are instrumental in growing feelings of process involvement and dis-investment in the jobs amongst executives
