With business environments becoming increasingly complex and challenging, it has become imperative for business organizations to have new breed of competent employees who have higher degree of involvement in their jobs. In fact, when an employee is involved in the job to a satisfactory level then he feels himself as part of the organization. His commitment to the work as well as to the organization is also enhanced. He perceives an internal motivation and shows willingness to take risk even for the sake of organization. This illustrates how the concept of process involvement is in the functioning of today's commercial enterprise agencies. Therefore, an attempt has been made to discover factors chargeable for activity involvement and examine exceptional categories of executives.
