Abstract

The business is made successful with the help of skilled, trained, loyal and hardworking employees. An organization would be nothing without its employees working constantly to satisfy their forever valued customers. Growth of an industry depends upon its effective utilization of resources and the people working in the organization. For effective utilization final resource manager need to concentrate on increasing their productivity, knowledge and preference in terms of performance. Famous Japanese Management Industrialist said that “People before Product”. It implies that, to make good marketable products we need to first invest and make good people. The importance of objectivity appraising people, motivating and rewarding them, plays a very important role in the industry. Therefore, a study was selected to be carried out at ‘’Wipro InfoTech” which is one of the topmost IT companies in India.
