Survey for predicting agriculture cultivation using IoT

Abstract

Agriculture is considered as a primary means of livelihood for about 58% of the rural India which perform an essential role over Indian economy and also improve the agricultural productivity. However, the process of farming for increasing the yields and cost efficiency with recent technology namely Internet of Things (IoT) whereas it shows a significant role in today life of human being utilized in all kinds of domain. In general, IOT can able to provide both agricultural process and farming industries with highly efficient by human intervention through automation. The major goal of this process for predicting crop that has been cultivated to provide high yield after harvesting. Therefore, high yield can be accomplished with an essential process of cultivating the crop need an appropriate soil and climatic conditions. Moreover, the suitable data mining techniques get applied on the collected data from sensor devices may be utilized to cultivating the appropriate crop by recommendation. In this paper, there is an illustration of cultivation in agricultural has been optimized using implementation of IoT based model and this study need to be utilized as a reference for agricultural industry member for increasing and developing the IoT benefit in enhancing the efficient of agricultural production.
