Dependency of parameters in Memory Designing
Abstract
Today’s each and every electronic device is having memory. Without memory no one can imagine this
world. But there are a lot of challenges to design memory. One should taking care all the parameters
which affects the design. Main parameters are delay, stability, power dissipation. Not only these
parameters individually affect the design but also they influenced with each other. In this paper we
simulated these parameters and extract the result on different technology node (65nm, 180nm).
Temperature plays also vital role in designing. We also extracted parameters value on different value of
temperature. Here, in this paper we simulated 6T Static RAM for different parameters. As area is also
most challenging factor to design memory or any chip design. So we have to consider this factor while
optimizing above parameters.
