MOTIVATIONAL FACTORS OF SUPERVISORS IN BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS LIMITED, TIRUCHIRAPALLI
Abstract
The study mains to find the impact of financial and non-financial motivating factors in
improving the performance of supervisors of Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd., Tiruchirappalli. Out of
1648 supervisors, 117 samples were selection by systematic random method. The non-financial factor
like job security, prestigious, creativity, competition among co-workers, job rotation, working
condition, promotion policy, inter personal relationship and responsibilities are consider for the
study. The results reveals that the both financial and non-financial motivating factor helps to improve
the performance of the supervisors in the company
