Job Stress Mediates Antecedent of Job Satisfaction and Spiritual Intelligence
Abstract
The study is to propose a conceptual framework which spiritual intelligence and job stress is related
with job satisfaction. The framework is developed based an adaptation from several different theories
and authors in order to describe the relationships between three variables; spiritual intelligence,
stress and job satisfaction. This research seeks to extend the field of knowledge by concentrating on
the spiritual intelligence that can result in higher job satisfaction and exploring the stress effect that
can impact an employee’s performance that could be measured by job satisfaction.
