Abstract

Renal cell carcinoma has predilection for renal vein and IVC, with tumor extension into the ovarian vein has been rarely reported. Thrombosis of gonadal vein is a rare variety, typically seen in obstetrics and gynaecological surgeries. Patients with malignancy, gonadal vein thrombosis are typically bland thrombus rather than tumor thrombus.
