Abstract

Cyclosporine A (CsA) is an immunosuppressor and is rarely associated with neurological complications. We report the association of  Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH) and Cyclosporine in a case of severe aplastic anaemia who was optimally managed and subsequently had an adequate disease response with tacrolimus which was substituted for CsA.
