Abstract

In the context of the transformation of economic relations caused by global environmental factors, the development of Ukraine's agro-industrial complex is inextricably linked with the use of effective mechanisms and tools capable of ensuring a comprehensive and full use of available resources. One such mechanism is a public-private partnership (PPP), widespread in most countries of the world, which aims to combine voluntary-based government-private partnerships for mutual benefit. Priority steps have been developed and substantiated to improve PPP policy in the agrarian sector and identify the main features inherent in this economic category. The article investigates the current state and prospects of development of public-private partnership in the agro-industrial complex in the conditions of globalization and integration of the country into the world economic space. The most optimal and effective PPP mechanisms and instruments in the agricultural sector of the national economy in terms of its reform are determined. The foreign experience of the effective use of PPP in the countries with the most developed agrarian sector is considered.
