Challenges of Socialization In Current Conditions

Abstract

Abstract. The article deals with the actual problem of socialization of the economy and the influence on the socialization of those institutional factors that are formed under the influence of modern post-industrial development tendencies. The methodological possibilities of modern institutionalism have been used and the economic-non-economic interactions that determine the features of socialization have been taken into account. The socialization of the economy is considered in a broad context, determined by the process of universalization, on the basis of which strategies and models of socialization are formed. The emergence of a new system of values of the post-industrial era which provides a high adaptability of the economy to new conditions. The system of values and culture becomes the matrix on the basis of which the institutional conditions for the existence of a post-industrial society are reproduced, and the new socio-cultural institutions ensure the economic activity of people in the economic sphere. The influence of post-industrial cultural differentiation on the process of socialization of the economy is investigated. Based on the analysis of the dynamics of socio-cultural indicators, their influence on the socialization of values of post-industrial society is shown. It proves that the country is socialized by a system of values, which is gradually approaching European standards and testifies to the cultural potential of post-industrial modernization of the economy.
