The issue of maintaining confidence in knowledge as a protection mechanism for the economic operation has not been addressed. The goal of this article is to discuss how to improve investment activity by implementing blockchain technology in most areas of the national economy. Depending on the experience of international nations, it has been seen that the implementation of blockchain technology in the civil service and the public sector would make it easier to resolve their limitations and Increase the degree of trust in them, which, in effect, would contribute to expanded investment activities both in the area of information technology and in other sectors of the national economy under the conditions of digitisation.
