A Study on Customer Behavior towards Digital Marketing

Abstract

The major aim of this paper is to find out the consumer behaviour towards digital marketing and the digital channels determine in their purchase decision. The study is followed out through survey from 75 respondents. Digital marketing is a model of internet marketing which allows customers directly contact with the marketers through digital channels easily. Recently most of the consumers switch over to digital marketing channels because of its benefits. Now a day’s digital marketing plays a major role in the society with the help of digital channels. Digital marketing helps the customer to satisfy their needs through the digital marketing channels.
