The Development of Talent Management System in Federal Universities of Russia: First Results and Prospects

Abstract

The article aims to study talent-management in the federal universities of Russia at three stages: attraction, retention and development of human resources. The study provides a comparison of the considered universities in terms of indicators related to talent- management. The conclusions show what aspects of talent-management are the most and the least developed. The article summarizes some results of the research of this topic as well as identifies problems for further investigation for successful development of talent- management system in federal universities in Russia.
