Abstract

Developing structure system for multistore building leaving the interior floor plan relatively free of core bracing and heavy columns, enhancing the net usable floor area. A tube in tube structure is formed by an outer framed tube and inner core tube connected by floor slab. It consist of a huge tube (i.e. outer tube) with a small inner tube (i.e. core tube) in the middle of it. Amongst which a strong center tube of high strength concrete is the main load-carrying structure. In the present study dynamic analysis (G+40) Multi-story building is carried out for zone III and hard rock condition. The analysis is performed by considering the geometry regularity of the building. The analysis is performed by the response spectrum method. The detailed study involves analyzing the complete structure on the Etabs v2018 version 18.1 for dynamic analysis.
