Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect partially or simultaneously between Work Discipline, Motivation, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT. Tip Top Ciputat branch. This type of research is associated with descriptive and quantitative approaches. The objects of the study are employees of PT. Tip Top Ciputat branch. The population in this study are 172 respondents and applying the Slovin technique to determine the number of samples, consequently, it is obtained a minimum sample of 120 respondents taken using the validity test, reliability test, correlation test, and hypothesis test. From the conducted test, the results obtained are significant and valid. The calculation and data processing is carried out through Microsoft Excel and SPSS 24 Software. The results of this study reveal that Work Discipline has a significant influence on Employee Performance with a significant number of Sig 0.002 <0.05 and t-statistic 3.192> t-table 1.980. Besides, the motivation variable has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant number of Sig 0.003 <0.05 and t-statistic 3.413> t table 1.980 as well as Organizational Culture variable which influences Employee Performance with a significant number of Sig 0,000 <0.05 and t arithmetic 8,189> t table 1,980. Simultaneously, Work Discipline, Motivation, and Organizational Culture are significantly influencing Employee Performance with a significant number of Sig α 0,000 <0.05 and F statistic value of 99.564> F table 2.68. Variable of Work Discipline, Motivation, and Organizational Culture are influencing simultaneously on Employee Performance at PT. Tip Top Ciputat branch around 72% and the remaining 28% is influenced by other unexamined variables.
