THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ORGANIZATIONAL AGILITY AS A STRATEGIC INPUT IN THE PROCESS OF ENHANCING ORGANIZATIONAL COMPETITIVENESS
Abstract
The study aimed to demonstrate the effectiveness of organizational agility as a strategic input in the process of enhancing organizational competitiveness through a study on a sample of industrial sector companies in Jordan, and the sample consisted of 60 workers in the Industrial Construction Company and the Industrial Company for Design and Development; the descriptive method was used in this study. The study concluded that there is a clear tendency towards the dimensions of organizational agility, in addition to the emergence of an orientation towards organizational competitiveness through focus, attention and awareness of workers to the functions assigned to them, and this indicates that there is an effectiveness of organizational agility in enhancing and developing the ability to achieve organizational competitive advantage
