Abstract

Traditionally, after agriculture, the textile industry in India is the only industry that has created enormous jobs for both skilled and unskilled labours. For all developed economies quality work is a supremely desirable objective. A number of factors can influence, how people perceive conflict based on gender race, age and occupational classification etc. However, there is ample evidence that women and men perceive conflict differently and that dispute affects people differently. This investigation tested for gender effects in conflict behaviours by examining the predictions derived from a gender role analysis. The variables taken for analysis are subordinate relationship, non-monitory motivation, supervision relationship, monetary motivation and challenges. This research primarily points to the association and  instead of causation among gender and conflict. Gender plays a crucial role in motivating men and women to engage in disputes in certain situations, and serves as a mechanism to evoke anger and promote conflict. The entire study is bases on primary and secondary data. The total number of respondents are 196 ,which constitute the sample size. The entire data is collected from Uttar Pradesh only.
