Abstract

The shopping behaviour, with the advent of e-commerce shopping portals, has turned Meta into a modern age digital consumerism. This study aims to examine consumerism shifts across online shopping channels through demographic categorizations. The study has extracted the latent factors affecting the service constructs of the virtual shopping portals. The correlation of these factors with the demographic categorization has been obtained through ANOVA test. The results obtained through statistical analysis have suggested that major service quality dimensions are convenience, delivery time, Security & Safety, Consumer Friendly services, Delivery process, Changing Legacy, Company reputation. This research's implied results will help define clusters as well as customer interest points for online shopping portals. This research will serve as a resourceful mode in terms of managerial viability; for customizing the marketing strategy. This study's applicability will help Digital Entrepreneurs search the feasibility and risk management to penetrate into a particular market room.
