Abstract

A study is made of momentum, temperature and mass transfer during the motion of a radiative flow of non-Newtonian MHD Casson fluid in a permeable channel filled with porous medium and non-linear chemical reaction. Governing PDEs of the problem changed into nonlinear ODEs by using similarity transformation. Numerical technique known as bvp4c is used to examined the solutions for the influence of different parameters. Show the influences of various physical parameter such as radiation parameter, Casson fluid parameter, magnetic field parameter, Prandtl number, Reynold number, inclined angle of magnetic field, thermal buoyancy parameter, concentration buoyancy parameter, chemical reaction parameter, order of chemical reaction, Schmidt number on velocity, heat and concentration profiles along the permeable channel.
