A Statistical Analysis of Quality of Teaching Professionals Using Garrett Ranking Method and Correlation

Abstract

The aim of this study is to collect the teaching professionals of arts and engineering colleges in Salem District. The study is based on the tough challenges faced quality of teaching professionals. The study is also based on our primary data. We collected 1000 respondents for our findings. The concept describes the various factors of quality of teaching professionals in both colleges. We used the statistical tool like Correlation and Garrett’s Ranking Test. In conclusion, we are highly satisfied with the performance of the teachers.     It is important to note that teachers are primarily known for their Punctuality, Preparation for lecture, Teacher's professional skills were up-to-date, Encourage students to express, Student teacher relationship and Interaction with parents.
