Navigation and Mapping Using Automated Guided Vehicle

Abstract

The project being made will be based on AVG (Autonomous Guided Vehicle). This vehicle will be made for the purpose of straight-line navigation, object avoidance travel, mapping environment, etc. This project is the combination of a few individual project and will be a wholesome package on completion. The purpose to make such a vehicle is to provide un-maned travel of bots to dangerous location, retrieve data and info, help public or come in use for test purposes. Efforts will be made to make it cheaper, to control the tech damage expense. Arduino mega board will be used for this and will program for the same, along with other tech requirements. The major help from this project is to the armed forces, and activities like bomb defusal, which involves a lot of risk if involving human life would be made easier.
